In these Terms, the following words and phrases have the meanings set out below.
We provide an IPTV and OTT streaming service delivering live television channels, on-demand video content, and associated programme guide data over the internet to customers in Ireland and selected other jurisdictions.
The Service is made available on a subscription basis. Access requires compatible devices and software applications (IPTV player apps) as described on our Supported Devices page. The Service itself does not include device hardware, IPTV player apps, or broadband connectivity — these remain the responsibility of the Customer.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue elements of the Service at any time, including channel lists, on-demand catalogues, EPG data, and compatible apps. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.
To subscribe to the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age and resident in a jurisdiction where accessing the Service is lawful. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to Us at the time of subscription — including your name, email address, and phone number — is accurate and current. Providing false information to obtain a Trial or Subscription is a breach of these Terms.
Your Credentials are personal to you and must not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party. You are responsible for all activity conducted using your Credentials. If you believe your Credentials have been compromised, you must notify Us immediately.

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable advance notice.
Our subscriptions do not renew automatically. There is no auto-renewal and you will never be charged without explicitly purchasing a renewal. When your Subscription period ends, access to the Service will cease until you manually purchase a new Subscription. We may send reminder communications before your Subscription expires but are not obligated to do so.
Following payment, your Credentials will normally be delivered to your registered email address within 5–7 minutes and in all cases within the time stated at checkout. Instant activation applies during normal operating hours. If you have not received your Credentials within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder before contacting support.
Where a free Trial is offered, it is available once per customer. Trial eligibility is verified by email address, phone number, and device. Attempts to obtain multiple Trials by providing different contact details constitute a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to decline a Trial request at Our sole discretion.
We offer a 7-day refund policy on all paid Subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the date of purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the approved refund request.
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date. Please include your name, email address, and the approximate date of purchase. Refunds will not be issued where the 7-day period has elapsed, where the request relates to a free Trial rather than a paid Subscription, where Credentials have been shared with third parties in breach of these Terms, where the request follows a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy in Section 7, or where a refund was previously issued on the same or an associated account.
Your statutory rights are unaffected
You may also have a right to a refund or remedy under Irish consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, where the digital service is not as described, not fit for purpose, or not of the quality you were reasonably entitled to expect. These rights apply independently of our commercial policy and are not limited by the 7-day period.

We strive to provide the Service continuously and with high availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or changes to content rights.
Stream quality and reliability depend on factors outside our control, including your broadband connection speed and stability, the capability of your device, and network conditions between your device and our servers. We recommend a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps for HD streams and 25 Mbps for 4K streams.
The channel list, on-demand catalogue, and EPG data are subject to change. Specific channels or content may become unavailable due to changes in content rights, licensing, or technical infrastructure. We will endeavour to maintain a consistent and high-quality content offering but cannot guarantee the availability of any specific channel or programme.
In the event of a significant, prolonged service outage that is attributable to Us, you may be entitled to a pro-rata credit or extension of your Subscription period. Please contact us if you experience an extended outage affecting your service.
Your use of the Service is subject to the following acceptable use conditions. Breach of any of these conditions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Subscription without refund.
The Service is licensed for personal, private, non-commercial use only. You may access the Service on your own devices, within your own household, for personal viewing.
You must not use the Service for any of the following purposes:

If you are interested in offering our services commercially or in a reseller capacity, separate terms and a commercial licence are required. See our reseller programme or contact us for further information.
The number of simultaneous streams permitted under your Subscription is specified at the time of purchase. Exceeding the permitted simultaneous connection limit may result in playback errors or temporary suspension of access. If you require additional simultaneous connections, please contact us to discuss an appropriate plan.
All content delivered through the Service — including live broadcasts, on-demand video, audio, programme guide data, and associated metadata — is owned by or licensed to the respective rights holders. Your Subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view this content for personal, private use only, subject to these Terms.
The brand, website, logos, design elements, and all original written content on this website may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our express written permission.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited viewing licence described above.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service with immediate effect if we determine, at Our reasonable discretion, that you have:
Suspension or termination for breach of these Terms will not entitle you to a refund of any amounts already paid. We will endeavour to notify you of any suspension or termination by email, though this is not required in cases of urgent or serious breach.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time by ceasing to renew it. As subscriptions are manually renewed, no further action is required to prevent future charges.
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish and EU law, Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Service — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

By subscribing to the Service, you acknowledge that we will process your personal data as described in our Privacy & Cookies Policy. If you wish to exercise any of your rights under GDPR — including the right of access, rectification, erasure, or portability — please contact us.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer to bring a claim in your country of residence under applicable EU consumer law.
