Key takeaways
  • After payment, your login details arrive by email/WhatsApp in a few minutes.
  • There are three login methods: Xtream Codes API, M3U URL, and MAC address (for TV apps / boxes).
  • Most login errors are a typo, an expired plan, or too many simultaneous connections.

Getting an IPTV line live is quick once you know which detail goes where. After you subscribe — or start a free trial — we send your login, and from there it's a couple of minutes to activate your player. Here's exactly how.

How activation works

When your payment (or trial request) is confirmed, we generate your account and send your credentials — a username, password and server URL, or an M3U link, or a portal URL for boxes. Delivery is normally within 5–7 minutes by email and/or WhatsApp. If you don't see it, check your spam folder before contacting support.

The three login methods

  • Xtream Codes API (recommended): in IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate choose "Login with Xtream Codes API" and enter your username, password and server URL. This method also loads the full TV guide automatically.
  • M3U URL: some players (VLC, Kodi) use a single M3U playlist link. Paste the URL we send; add the EPG URL separately where the app allows.
  • MAC address: Samsung/LG Smart TV apps and MAG/Zgemma boxes are activated by sending us the device's MAC address, which we link to your playlist from our end.

Not sure which applies to your device? Our setup guides show the right method for each one, from Firestick to Smart TVs and boxes.

Step-by-step: activate your player

  • 1. Install a player from your device's app store (IPTV Smarters Pro is the easiest).
  • 2. Choose "Login with Xtream Codes API".
  • 3. Type your username, password and URL exactly as sent — watch for capital letters and http/https.
  • 4. Let the app load your channels and guide (a minute on first launch).
  • 5. Start watching — favourite your channels so they're one tap next time.

Common login errors — and fixes

  • "Invalid credentials" / "wrong username or password": almost always a typo. Re-enter carefully — the details are case-sensitive, and it's easy to confuse 0 (zero) with O, or 1 with l. Copy-paste from our message if you can.
  • URL not connecting: make sure you included the full server URL exactly (including http:// or https:// and the port if shown).
  • Logs in but no channels: your plan may have expired, or the guide is still importing. Check your expiry date and reload the playlist.
  • "Max connections reached": you're streaming on more devices at once than your plan allows. Close a stream or upgrade to a 2-connection plan.
  • Nothing arrived after payment: check spam, then message support — activation is normally within minutes.

If channels load but stutter, that's a separate issue — see our buffering fixes guide.

Frequently asked questions

How long does IPTV activation take?

Usually 5–7 minutes after payment or a trial request. Your login arrives by email and/or WhatsApp. If you don't see it, check your spam folder before contacting support.

What's the difference between Xtream Codes and M3U login?

Xtream Codes uses a username, password and URL and loads the TV guide automatically — it's the recommended method. M3U is a single playlist link used by players like VLC and Kodi.

Why does my IPTV say "invalid credentials"?

Nearly always a typo. Details are case-sensitive — re-enter carefully or copy-paste them, and confirm the URL includes http/https. If it still fails, your plan may have expired.

What does "max connections reached" mean?

You're watching on more devices simultaneously than your plan permits. Stop one stream, or choose a 2-connection plan to watch two screens at once.
