Where is the MAC address on a MAG box?

Look on the sticker underneath the device. The MAC address usually starts with 00:1A:79. Alternatively, check inside Settings > System Settings > Device Info.

My MAG box is stuck on a loading screen.

If the portal is stuck loading, first verify that your internet is connected. Then, try unplugging the power cable for 30 seconds to force a hard reboot and refresh the portal connection.

Can I use a VPN with my MAG box?

Since MAG boxes do not have a native app store to install VPNs directly, you will need to configure the VPN at your router level to route the box's traffic through a proxy.

What is the Portal URL?

The specific portal URL will be provided directly to you by our support team via WhatsApp or email once your MAC address has been securely registered on our network.

Find your MAC address

On the back of your MAG box (or in Settings → System → Info) you'll see a MAC address like 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX.

Where is the portal setting on a MAG box?

Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals. Paste the portal URL we send into Portal 1 and reboot.

My MAG box shows a loading loop

This usually means the portal URL or MAC isn't linked yet. Double-check the URL and message us your MAC address so we can confirm it's registered.

Does the MAG 424 do 4K?

Yes — the MAG 424 supports 4K on channels and VOD where the source provides it.
